Miles was a 2lb preemie born with multiple health issues. His brief life opened our eyes to the many within our society largely unseen. Even though we received some support from programs and the medical community we quickly realized there was a great deal of support lacking. 
We at Smiles 4 Miles know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Smiles 4 Miles was created to serve disadvantaged children in communities across Virginia.  The core of our efforts is to bring our team’s fresh ideas and passion to support those in our community. We have made it our mission to serve vulnerable youth in hopes of creating a world where kids are able to focus on just being kids.
